    How about the memory foam quality?

    How does the returns process work?

    We do advise you to try the mattress for at least 30 days to get used to it and fully justify your experience with it.

    If after the trial you feel like this is NOT the mattress for you, email us to service@newentor.co.uk with your order number and experiences, we will follow up with registering you with our partner Salvos for mattress donation, and refund you after all is finished.
